The Continuous Hard X-ray Imager for Astrophysics (CHIP)
NASA recently solicited proposals for the next generation of orbiting
observatories. This is our proposal to provide the first
imaging all-sky survey in 10-100 keV band, based on a new detector
technology (CdZnTe).
This new concept for a NASA astrophysics mission has been published in
EUV, X-ray, and Gamma-Ray Instrumentation for Astronomy VI,
Proc. S.P.I.E. 2518, p. 13 (1995).
